Psychoeducational assessment is the process of identifying a child's cognitive, academic, behavioral, and/or emotional strengths and weaknesses to provide an overall estimate of functioning and tailored recommendations to improve school and other areas of life.

Individual counseling is a joint process between a counselor and client to inspire change and/or improve quality of life.

 

Counseling services include:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• ADHD (Executive Functioning)

• Autism

• Motivation

• Emotional regulation

• School problems

Group counseling includes 2 or more individuals with common struggles working through their difficulties with the help of a mental health professional.

• Social Skills

• Self-Esteem

• Executive Functioning

• Anxiety
